One important part with any doctor appointment is being a part of the process. Dr. Saipe answered my questions, gave me time to consider what he said and let me ask more questions. The same can be said for his assistant Thorough, efficient, and PLEASANT, Made my experience one I do not mind returning to. The Matossian Eye staff exhibited patience even with the simplest issues. The person responsible for their orientation really did a wonderful job!
My Appointment with Dr. Saipe exceeded my expectations. He thoroughly went over my exam and explained how my eye pressure and overall vision were. I was able to understand how the optic nerve is supposed to look normally, how it is affected by glaucoma, and where my diagnosis was. I appreciate him taking the time to go over this and how we will continue to treat my eyes and vision.
Dr Saipe spent plenty of time with me and answered my questions in detail . I'm trusting him with my cataract surgery . That says it all !
