I’ve been a patient for a few years now, and after similar situations continuously happening, and then the terrible bedside manner at my most recent appointment, I officially no longer want to be under his care. He has always been so incredibly short & rude. Never open to hearing a single thing you have to say. Sadly, I absolutely love the NP who is typically there for my shots, and the front desk staff is always so sweet. But Dr. Reiss is just far too rude to be treating for such important purposes.
if I could put zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional front desk staff, abrasive and rude. Service was terrible. DO NOT recommend
