These people are so disgustingly selfish and rude. my ceiling has CHUNKS of missing concrete with rain damage and their solution is to kick me out. they discriminate and ignore like petty children!! AVOIDDDDD!!!
Noah is as dishonest as any contractor could be. In the six unit building we bought in, every single owner has had MAJOR issues. It’s a huge fight to get them to repair any of the issues. One of the residents had floods that were caused by a bad installation of plumbing and cost $5K worth of damage they refuse to repair. I’ve been renting from Noah Properties for 3 years now and I love it!!! Maggie is great and only a text away.
WORST PLACE TO LIVE. We moved in this place a month ago, since then our apartment has been flooded twice, our appliances do not work and there is rats problem. One of our neighbors lights did not work at all and it took them a week to fix that. The management sucks and all their answers revolve around "we could not finish this due to covid". WARNING! DO NOT RENT A NOAH PROPERTY! Let alone God forbid I would even hate to make the mistake of purchasing a property from them. One of the most ruthless, most inconsiderate landlords I have ever known. They will ROB you of your money!
