I have been taking my animals to NOAH for 15 years or more and would have left a wonderful review until today. I called to try to get my dog in for an issue she is having and they said I am not in the computer at all because I haven't been there in a couple years. Umm, so where are all of her records?!? Just gone?? She's been going there for 11 years. She said they aren't accepting new patients...she's not new!!! So all of her records are just gone now?!? Although they may not be taking new clients at the moment due to a small vet staff, the team here is wonderful and has always taken care of our animals. They do offer grooming now, which you can access without being a current client.
Highly recommend this clinic. Always professional. Have gone to this clinic for 20 years. Outstanding.
I called to see if I could bring my cat in. She needed to be put down..."NOAH" PET clinic wouldn't allow us to be present for the process. They only would accept a "drop off" where I drop my loving pet off at noon, the doc comes in at 1 and does it. We are not allowed to be present. Why, I asked. I was told with Stone cold cynicism and zero empathy or compassion that we haven't been a patient of theirs within the last 3 years, so they won't accept it.
