I visited for the first time at Arundel Mills mall. Though I was glad to quickly get a seat, I did not like his lack of patience with me as a customer. Because women in the past had been "too picky," according to him, he immediately became annoyed when he thought that I was not satisfied with my haircut. Because of his attitude, I let the high top fade he gave me slide, though I asked to have my edges cleaned up and hair evened out. He needs to understand that women do not want men's haircuts. Kept talking themselves in a different language all through the haircut. I don't mind as.long as you are not trying to cut hair while getting distracted. The tools were not sharp and I paid the price for supporting small biz owners.
