Terrible service. I have auto and homeowners policies with this agency for seven years. Never when I needed assistance did they provide me service. Most often I was told to call the insurance company. In addition, my agent is NEVER at his office and infrequently returns calls. How do they stay in business. I don;t like writing negative reviews, but this level of service is so very uncommon.
