I find the staff to be very personable and professional. A much better experience than I've had with other clinics. I was not hurried and skimmed over as is often the case. They took their time to check me out, hands on, the old fashioned way. Some places, they've stopped touching the patients and you feel like a deadly amoeba under the microscope. This place still has a human touch.
