Wow! I decided to look up their reviews after they froze my bank account. They will call numerous times even on the weekend to work on payment plan, but don't call back to release funds they took from my bank. My bank said they mailed a check to them 3 weeks ago, but I still don't have it reversed into my account. My case Manager is Yvonne, and a week later, she still hasn't returned calls or emails. Horrible company and how is this legal. The only reason I am supposed to get my money back is I'm on Social security!

Very unprofessional staff. They get upset if you ask questions as though it’s something you go through on a regular basis.

Our experience with Noack Law Firm has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. They have stopped returning our phone calls and have ignored multiple complaints we've submitted. We have made every effort to communicate and resolve this matter, but we've received no response. After reading other reviews, it appears that many people have had similar experiences, which is very concerning. Based on what we've experienced, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
