I had no problems first call they answered I ask I like to do a payment plan. They emailed me a form the next day management called me and got it all set up. Everyone was kind no rude talking. My experience they were professional

Noack Law Firm, PLLC — they froze and took funds that were entirely mine A court-appointed turnover receiver froze my joint bank account and took all of the funds — every dollar was mine. None of it belonged to the judgment debtor or the creditor. I am not a party to the underlying lawsuit, not a co-signer, and I don't owe the debt. Apparently, I’ve been served and I’ve been contacting this office for 2 days now and nobody has called me like they said they would to get on a payment plan. Can they actually freeze your account without being served? Very poor customer service! My case is on hold because Brandon is not in office today?! I need someone to contact me asap!

Wow! I decided to look up their reviews after they froze my bank account. They will call numerous times even on the weekend to work on payment plan, but don't call back to release funds they took from my bank. My bank said they mailed a check to them 3 weeks ago, but I still don't have it reversed into my account. My case Manager is Yvonne, and a week later, she still hasn't returned calls or emails. Horrible company and how is this legal. The only reason I am supposed to get my money back is I'm on Social security!
