TERRIBLE!!!! Then with Allstate often on for 30 years, and this agent is the worst! Left numerous messages never receive a return phone call!
Continues to harass me by calling my cell phone when I never asked to be contacted. Called at 11:52 then two back to back calls at 1:25. 3 calls within 2 hours on a Friday. Absolutely ridiculous. I could see why you’re desperate for business.

I have been a loyal Allstate customer for over 30 years. Allstate decided to discontinue the specialty auto insurance, which was really disappointing for me, and the original alternative they offered was not acceptable. So I was shopping around for alternative insurance. After finding another company, I informed Allstate of the situation and asked them if they could offer the same coverage at the same price.
