If you want true pointy stiletto nails, don’t waste your time here. I repeatedly asked for sharper stilettos at each appointment, but they barely adjusted them before rushing me out to prep for the next client. I originally thought it was just the nail tech so I tried the others, but no change. Editted: a few days after the review a lady named Kerri contacted me and asked me to come back so they could fix the thin nails. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the girls are nice. Everyone was super professional. The shop is clean. They had a wonderful selection of colors. That being said, my nails are very thin for hand sculpted gel nails and some of them are already bending halfway down my nail bed with light pressure, right where the apex should be, which they shouldn't do for being less than a week old. NOA has been my go to for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier! I see Keri regularly, and always leave feeling so taken care of. She is so kind, personable, and AMAZING at her craft! I am SO happy I found her before my wedding because my brows and nails have never looked better! I have been getting my nails done by Tanya since before she opened the store front. She's always been amazing. My nails are mostly done by Stassi now and she does beautiful work as well. Recently I saw a post for a holistic facial. I don't normally enjoy facials. Someone picking at my face is not relaxing. But I saw they were adding a scalp massage so I thought I would try it.
