I had a fantastic experience at this salon! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My hairstylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type. The service here is truly excellent. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Carrick for creating the exact hair color I wanted. He was patient, listened carefully to all of my requests, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. It was also so easy and enjoyable to chat with him. I highly recommend Carrick and this salon to anyone looking for a great experience!

预约了下午3:30由 Carrick 剪头发。 我到店的时候，他还在给上一位客人剪头发，这种情况我可以理解，偶尔延误很正常。 但是让我很不舒服的是，我进店之后，他连一句招呼都没有打，也没有说一句“不好意思，让你久等了”，只是让我在那里等。 大概4点左右，他终于忙完上一位客人。我以为终于轮到我了，结果他竟然和上一位客人一起下楼了。 我一直等到4:10左右，人还是没回来。我下楼一看，他还在跟上一位客人抽烟聊天。 真的很生气。我预约的是3:30，40多分钟过去了，我的头发还没开始剪，而理发师却在外面抽烟聊天。我完全感受不到对预约客人最基本的尊重。 如果只是因为前面的客人耽误了时间，我完全可以接受。但至少应该打个招呼、道个歉，或者先回来处理已经预约好的客人，而不是把客人晾在那里，自己去抽烟聊天。 最后我直接走了，没有接受任何服务。这次体验真的非常糟糕，我以后不会再来了。 I had an appointment with Carrick for a haircut at 3:30 pm.
