Paid deposit, booked for 3pm today for full interior, exterior and cut and polish - at 3.30pm rang to find out how far away they were and was told they didn't have my booking recorded even though I received a confirmation email, which the business would have also received and I had paid a deposit to secure the booking. I have someone coming to see the car for purchase this evening so left me with a dirty car for sale purposes.
