My local and preferred gym. Plenty of quiet times to just get your head down and on with your own training and by contrast plenty of classes on too. Great instructors and friendly too, plenty of gym bunnies and newbies alike. Loads of kit to play with too if that's your bag and new stuff appears often. I've trained at many places over the years, some good and some not so good. No1 gym is definitely one of the best.

I don't know what to think about this place; I left them a voice message and texted them through their online form, asking if I could join. It's been a couple of weeks of complete silence on their end, so I moved one and joined another club.
