The worst place ever . We had 5 ppl went in for massages and we paid over $225 and left more than 20% tips but the woman who ran the front desk insisted us to tip more . I left $50 for tips and she said it s not enough ! Excuse me I ll tip whatever I fell like it , you don’t demand how much customers should tips ! This place is a rip off .
I have been going here for years. I have a very physical occupation. The threapist here, have enable me to continue to do my job. They do a better job than some of the" big name chain spas", that I have gone to.
I understand the negative reviews. While I was happy with the massage I asked for the $40 back feet combo and even pointed to it on the board, but she did the $60 combo instead and on top of charging for the $60 demanded a tip afterwards and refused to give change. Seems like they could do much better business if they didn't rip off their customers.
They expect a $20.00 tip every time. Don't let them pressure you into giving them a $20.00. Tip with what you're comfortable with.
I love this place. Lily is wonderful. Not sure why the bad reviews. I’ve never had a bad experience.
