Our technician was very knowledgeable. He had the opportunity to take advantage of us and up charge but instead performed his evaluation and completed the necessary work thoroughly and efficiently. He kept us informed every step of the way. We were very impressed.
No. Cleaners replaced both dryer ducts in my 2-family house. The technician, Juan, was fantastic. Everything was left as clean as before he started (maybe cleaner!). Highly recommend.
