The tech was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cared about doing it right. Our place was left pristine and the ducts are now in great shape, with the air flowing through them beautifully (not the case when we started!) Appreciated that the tech took the time to adjust the flow on a room-by-room basis in consultation with us, and that he also explained how to adjust duct flow ourselves. Our technician was very knowledgeable. He had the opportunity to take advantage of us and up charge but instead performed his evaluation and completed the necessary work thoroughly and efficiently. He kept us informed every step of the way. We were very impressed.
No. Cleaners replaced both dryer ducts in my 2-family house. The technician, Juan, was fantastic. Everything was left as clean as before he started (maybe cleaner!). Highly recommend.
