It's okay--we didn't have as negative an experience as some reviewers did--but there is far better Chinese takeaway to be had (Wang's Kitchen comes to mind) in Apex. I didn't rate service or atmosphere because this is a takeaway-only place. It might tell you something that we've ordered from there once, versus a dozen or more times from another takeaway restaurant.
Food is great but closed on a Friday.
Overall Score: 3.2/10 New place. Takeout-style Chinese spot, not somewhere you’d want to eat inside. Quality was rough overall, with multiple items bad enough to toss. Only a couple things were actually enjoyable. General Tso chicken 2.5/10 Questionable chicken quality. Flavor didn’t make up for the texture issues. I have only had a few items off of the menu but everything I've gotten is very good. The kung pao chicken was very hot so if that's your thing go for it. Boneless spare ribs are good. Dragon in Phoenix specialty plate is good. One of my go-to's and when I go to pick up the people are always super friendly and quick to get me up back out the door.
