Always a pleasant experience. My last float of the year included scrambling over rock with the kayak to get around a fallen tree, and the water was low and cold. But it was so peaceful with only a handful of others on the water. 1st time I've ever seen a snake on a stump in the water here too.
My husband took me for my birthday today. I thought from the starting point we might be in for a rough ride bc the water was kind of low but if this happens don't get discouraged it gets better. The water is absolutely beautiful and so are the surroundings. We saw hundreds of turtles. The guys at the desk that took us on the shuttle were nice and answered any questions we had. There are bathrooms and showers on site which is nice. Definitely plan on going back! We had a blast. Thanks for making 31 a nice relaxing day😍
I always have the BEST experience here. Kayaking down this river has created some of my favorite memories! And the staff are so friendly and helpful. You truly have no worries here!!
