Worst receptionist ever!!! I called to book an appointment, this is our family doctor since we moved here, but every year gets worst and worst, even tho its your family doctor for years, and you dont get sick every year they will tell you its not your doctor anymore and receptionist will hang up on you!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Michael Mann. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Mann took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain the diagnosis clearly, and offer a thoughtful treatment plan. Dear Satnam, It has been a great privilege for me to have you as my family doctor. You have always been there when I need you. In Janury, 2025,I noticed a lump in my right armpit and saw you immediately. Your diagnosis of it as lymphoma, a form of cancer, is an excellent example of your prompt and speedy response to deal with this ailment. One-star review One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical clinic. Ackroyd Medical Centre gave me an appointment, and I even postponed my travel to Alberta just to attend it. The next morning, I showed up on time, and they flat-out refused to see me—without giving any clear reason. No respect for people's time, no professionalism, and zero accountability.
