The team at the "No Wake Zone" boat repairs shop are couteous, efficient and expedite all information as issues arise during repairs I take my boat no where else because of the great service
The shop is lacking in professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. After several back and forth conversations about the issues in obtaining the correct parts left us feeling like they knew nothing about working on a surf/wake boat. When we finally picked up our boat we discovered the inside was TRASHED with grease all over the carpeting and upholstery needing to be professionally detailed. I asked for a call back from the owner and have heard nothing back.
Took boat in to get diagnosed. They said starter asked them to replace it. Waited 5 days called back and asked if it was done they said yes did manifold gasket and starter. Called back then they said they did do the starter cause I said not to. Previously talked them they said they will order the part. No one had a clue of what was done or even give me the right information. Then says we didn’t do it cause the motor was seized. So I asked what one is it lol. So needless to say I should’ve just lit 200 on . Would not recommen... read more
