He is very knowledgeable guy and his prices are comparable to the competition. He spent fair amount of time explaining how to install and what to look for. Due to unexpected events I couldn't do the installation myself and asked Randal to give me a quote. He did not return multiple email requests and when contacted on the phone finally said that "he doesn't have time for that kind of stuff". I wouldn't get upset if he said that he is extremely busy and can't do the job. Would I recommend the guy? Not really.

Alberta Provincial Court file #2103-03628 would indicate that No Utilility Bills and Steeltech Inc. did not honor their warranty.
He will say one price but he will sneakly overcharge you and refuses to correct it. Instead of charging $6339.74 which was his original quote (has email evidence), he charged $6399.74 and refused to give the difference of his mistake. We told him he is not a honorable man and he couldn't care less. What a scammer!!!! Plus his chimney components price alone exceeds the price of installation + chimney components of most other competitors.
