Frank was great. Explained everything and reassured us our system was running normally.
I had a home plumbing inspection done. All known deficiencies were identified as well as a couple I wasn’t aware of. Ivan was helpful in explaining needed maintenance and helped in prioritizing the work. An estimated was prepared and I was given time to review. I reviewed the estimate and scheduled the work. The work was done in a timely manner with very little disruption . I also received a discount as a member of the Nevada Residential Services maintenance program.
