I called No Sweat out due to my house having issues cooling. With the weather getting warmer I didn’t want to wait too long to address if there was a major issue. They were able to get someone out to me in less than a day. Two wonderful techs showed up on time and were able to figure out my issue fast. Someone from a previous ac company during previous maintenance seemed to have bumped or unplugged the compressor so it wasn’t working at all. They also were able to check for any other issues. The whole staff is so helpful. I have used them for decades and never had a problem. Now I'm old and don't think as clearly but they are still just as helpful and tolerant of my shortcomings.
I can’t thank No Sweat AC enough for their exceptional service! Kat, the owner’s wife, is not only down to earth, but knows her stuff and I think she is the glue that holds that company together. Kat not only went out of her way to help us and was incredibly quick to respond to all our needs.
