Charged for hours they weren’t there replaced a part that wasn’t even broken then never responded to my email or calls. They prey on people that don’t know how ac works. Call anyone else
We came home after being out of town for three days to find our downstairs AC wasn’t working. I’ve used No Sweat AC before and they’ve always been great, so I gave them a call around 5PM on Saturday evening. Love this company. They came out almost within 12 hour. And fixed my AC right at the height of the hotness of the day extremely reasonable price personable people been doing business with them for years and years. They are the best!!!
I have had the pleasure of working with No Sweat twice so far. Our A/C went out on a Friday evening, and we unfortunately called a different company first to come troubleshoot. That company took our emergency call out fee, diagnosed the problem, but said they couldn't help until Monday. Monday morning I called the office to see when they'd be out to fix it, and they asked for an hour to look into it.
