I hired No Sauce Que to cater a company breakfast for about 150 people, and they were fantastic to work with! The owner was super friendly, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy to organize. They arrived very prepared, the food was amazing, and they kept the line moving impressively fast for such a large group. We had breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bowls, coffee, and assorted pastries. The food was exceptional! I had the beef dino ribs, a slab of pork ribs, mac and cheese, and yams. The dino ribs were cooked perfectly, and the pork ribs were so good they honestly didn’t even need sauce. The mac and cheese was fire, and the yams were really good too.
We had a great experience with No Sauce Que, LLC! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone at our event really enjoyed the food, and we received several compliments from our guests. The quality of the food and the overall experience was exceptional. We would definitely recommend No Sauce Que, LLC and we look forward to using them again for future events!
Absolutely one of the best smoked ribs and chicken in Southern Maryland and the DMV. Our church rented out the food truck and the team was professional and courteous! The ribs, chicken, mac, yams and cabbage were bomb! The banana pudding and pound cakes were moist and very delicious. Highly recommend 10 out 10!
