I am very upset with my experience with this company. I had someone else to come out and tell me in so many words my AC unit was sabotaged. I paid $1100 to have my system charged and cleaned. The valve that keeps the refrigerant from leaking out was jammed into the line by the technician which caused the refrigerant to leak out. The technician did not notify me of this and this is why my house wasn't cooling. The outside unit was not cleaned. There was still debris in it and all the screws were not put back to secure the uni... read more
