The technician sent to my home openly admitted that he lacked experience—particularly in handling home warranty claims. My air conditioner was not turning on. Casey was my technician, he called 15min. before arriving right on time. In no time he was able to diagnose the problem and recommended some services to keep it running smooth. He was very professional and had me up and running in no time.
Cameron Z. was professional and on-time. He took time to explain the problem and options for repair . I am Thankful for their financing options and transparency about costs. I definitely recommend their $199 Membership Club which includes 2 semi annual cleanings, discount on the diagnostic fee, and parts discount, along with other benefits.
