I highly do not recommend this staffing company. The comfort care nurse was unprofessional and did not communicate with the family. I advise you seek nurse staffing elsewhere.
Unprofessional management who do not monitor staff nor accept accountability for unethical conduct by their staff.
My grandmother was under the care of this company and she received the most heinous treatment from this group. We have video proof of the nurse neglecting to give my grandmother her medicine, begging for help and not receiving it, and she had to spend her final moments here on Earth begging for help and not receiving any. Furthermore, the drugs she was never administered are still unaccounted for. I would not send my loved ones here. Please heed this warning for the sake of your loved ones. God bless.
My family had an extremely distressing experience with No Place Like Home, and I feel obligated to share it in hopes of protecting other families. During my grandmother’s final days, a serious incident occurred involving one of the nurses assigned to her care. My mom needed a comfort care nurse the last few days of her life. My hospice company contracted No Place Like Home for a nurse for my mom. I have video evidence the nurse they provided withheld end of life medications from my mom for 6 hours. My mom is heard and seen begging for her pain to be managed to no avail.
