NO PAYNE ROOFING INSTALLED SHINGLES AND REPLACED SOME FLASHING ON OUR HOME IN SEPT OF 2020. IN SEPT OF 2021 THERE WAS A MAJOR LEAK WHEN IT RAINED. MIKE SENT HIS EMPLOYEE TO REPAIR IT AND I BELIEVE IT WORKED FOR A WHILE UNTIL IT STARTED LEAKING IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT AGAIN IN MAY OF 2024. MIKE SENT EMPLOYEES MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY AND FIX THE ISSUE BUT THEY DID NOT AND THE ROOF CONTINUED TO LEAK EVERY TIME IT RAINED FROM MAY 2024 TO THE END OF JULY 2024 WHEN I HIRED ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY FIXED THE ROOF.
