I’ve worked with other trainers but never had anyone work my body like Tia Murray does. The 30 min workout is intense but she keeps you motivated and every one is a team there. The other members cheer you on when you want to give up and make you laugh just when you need it. Great place! Great results! 🏃🏾♀️💪🏽
Tia is an awesome trainer, wouldn’t train with anyone else. She not only pushes you but motivates you in ways to push through your workouts when they get tough. I noticed tremendous results with my body, weight loss and endurance.
