They were so incredibly kind and calm and provided so much information to me and made the experience for my family the best that it could! Highly recommend!
Had a scare that i potentially had lice. Decided to just search online for peace of mind and for someone who knows what they are looking for and im so glad I did. Iris responded quickly and after being sick to my stomach all week, she calmly talked with me while searching through my hair. Her knowledge and calming presence was exactly what I needed. Thankfully I was lice free and should I ever need to (hopefully not) I will return to her again.
I’d you’ve ever dealt with head lice in your home you know they are persistent and miserable. After several attempts to treat on my own, I contacted Nit Noggins. They responded to my inquiry immediately and came to my home with an hour. Iris spent almost three hours meticulously treating mine and my daughter’s hair and did a complete check on all other family members. Iris was amazing, she originally had an appointment for my sister but then she had enough time to do mine as well. She was super communicative not like most people would be and super understanding! I would def go to her again.
The thought of having lice makes for a very stressful situation but Iris makes you feel like it is totally easy to fix. She is confident and efficient in what she does which made it easy for me, my daughter, and my mom to trust that she would be able to get us lice free in an hour. 10/10 highly recommend!
