I have ordered parts online from them a few times with great success, parts are always excellent quality and shipped fast. This time I wanted a used part so called and they found one for me. I decided to drive up to pick up the part, so glad I did. Great people, super helpful, even found the old invoice from when they rebuilt the motor in the Vanagon I have. now. I respect this shop and the mechanics here immensely. It's real hard keeping these relics on the road with limited resources. Knowledgeable and good intentions always. Keeping me in adventure mode.
