Very smart employees The staff really know their stuff! They are very helpful in finding information as well as being able to recommend products. They will specialty order items. A lot of what they carry are vitamins and supplements, but they also carry food items -- some of which aren't even carried in the bigger chain stores. I like the fact that it is local and the owners seem to know a lot about the area in regards to allergies. They can recommend products which are specific to the area.
