I sent an email to No-Muv in regards to some concerns that I had with my order of some dura-hold rug pads. About 20 minutes later I got a call from the owner giving me some important information and pointing me in the right direction. I honestly wasn't even expecting a response, much less a phone call! Just made a visit here, best dispensary in town. I forgot the girls name who helped me out but she was pretty like pocahontas and knew about all the products.
Desiree goes above and beyond!! Monday I placed an order over the phone for pickup and half my order wasn't in the bag, so I called up Muv and got Desiree, she's been nothing but help following up, searching, and doing everything she can to make sure I receive the rest of my order!! She has kept close phone and text contact through this experience to ensure I get the best care I can get!! Can't thank her enough!!
They have good concentrates...... IF THEY ARE IN STOCK!!!!!! Trulieve is still the best. Waited on hold for 30 minutes only for someone to pick up then hang up on me. They can't keep anything in stock. They don't call you to confirm your delivery orders.
