I rated them two stars because, when they did come, the mowing services were satisfactory. However, my main concern stems from a lack of communication, which caused us to be in a difficult position financially as we had to seek alternative service providers. We are on a biweekly schedule and have confirmed this with them via text. Last week, when they did not show up, I reached out to inquire about the lawn being mowed. No Mow Worries Lawn Care is ran by an outstanding young gentleman by the name of Finnegan. I’ve employed his services twice thus far, and there has been no disappointment. Our first time calling upon him it was short notice, but he was still able to provide quality service well into sundown. I would highly recommend his services!
No Mow Worries really came through! He did a wonderful job as well! I'm so happy to have found him and highly recommend his lawn service. Very good customer service too. He originally was supposed to come out on a Saturday, but was able to come out sooner. And yes, that yard was a mess before he got there. Thank you No Mow, I look forward to working with you! :)
Finn did an awesome job on our yard. The grass was pretty overgrown and he had it looking great afterwards! 10/10 would recommend!
