Not sure if I leave this here or not 5 minutes ago I wanted to get on here and give a review for a steve Donaldson. I received a tow by this young man today and he was very polite, respectful and even took my trash out because I wasn't able to get down the stairs due to the accident. THANKS SO MUCH STEVE with no more locked doors towing. I recommend this company to anyone.
I was provided this "service" via All State. I received notifications stating that the service would be around 5:07-5:20pm. I was notified at around 415 that they were on their way. It is now 6:11pm. I attempted to call them, they ignored my call and requested that I text them, to which I did but have yet to reply BUT - on the all state notifications No More Locked Doors is claiming they are at my car, which they are not or have not been. I've supplied photos to corroborate my story. Do not use this "business."
