The class is so much fun even though it's a great work out. Appreciate all the support from the other participants!
This gym is super inclusive and the classes are run so well…easy to follow instructors and you never lose classes you have to miss and can make them up by attending any other classes! I enjoy the people and it’s a good reason to get off the couch and do something for myself!!
Love Love Love NME. Joined with my husband two years ago just to get in shape together. Cheryl and her team have created a great community for all ages. You work hard while having fun. The results are amazing. We feel stronger and healthier. Thank you to Cheryl and her team.
What happened to ur Donkey sign outside ur business.. I'm a local dump truck driver and I loved seeing that sign everytime I drove past. Haha 😭
NME is more than a fitness studio, it’s a wonderful community of people! All the instructors are amazing and Cheryl has created such a great atmosphere where everyone and anyone can feel welcome. Classes are tough and fun. I highly recommend NME!
