RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. Litos’ Labor Like a Rockstar class! Our class was back in October, 2017 and both myself and my husband learned so much. (Our first child was born in November) I don’t know what I was expecting, but I walked out of that class feeling 10x better about labor and delivery, and I wasn’t even anxious to begin with. Adam and I just finished our first VIRTUAL Labor & Delivery class with Dr. Karen Litos, DPT, WCS of @nomomleftbehindpt Dr. Litos is a wealth of knowledge who is not only super easy to connect with, she equipped us with all of the pertinent information necessary to take on any situation that may arise with childbirth. I attended this class, as a Doula to sit in and observe and it was a phenomenal class. I highly recommend to any expectant families.
I couldn't have carried my second set of twins without her help, passion, and knowledgeable advice! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.
