Dan was thorough and personable. He not only gave my chimney a good cleaning but his honest estimate of the shape of my chimney saved me thousands of dollars. Another company had told me I needed a complete re-line. Dan said that was not at all necessary.
I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Over the last 5 years my husband and I have discovered just how terrible some chimney sweeps can be. Discouraged by previous companies (yes multiples) trying to upsell this and that during a cleaning (one not even going up to check the top of my chimney during their cleaning) we let the fireplace sit for 2 years unused.
