Good old fashioned style dry jerky
Such a bummer. This jerky was so good when it was in Boise City, OK ran by a small family. I wondered what happened to the quality and then found it was bought and run differently now. Just another run of the mill dry jerky you can find up and down any jerky isle in flying j
Bag was about to expire, very tough to chew, so I purchased a new bag because I liked the flavor. Literally every other bite, I had to spit out a small part that just wouldn’t chew and had lost its flavor. As much as it costs, I expect more. Not for me.
A very good blend of flavor but a very awful texture and thats all I can say. It's EXTREMELY TOUGH if you don't have the jaw for it then you're done. It's literally rubber in every bag. A very good tasting smoky rubber. If you wanna chew on tire with flavor this is it. This jerky is like chewing one a tire that's been in a smoker.
