Bag was about to expire, very tough to chew, so I purchased a new bag because I liked the flavor. Literally every other bite, I had to spit out a small part that just wouldn’t chew and had lost its flavor. As much as it costs, I expect more. Not for me.
A very good blend of flavor but a very awful texture and thats all I can say. It's EXTREMELY TOUGH if you don't have the jaw for it then you're done. It's literally rubber in every bag. A very good tasting smoky rubber. If you wanna chew on tire with flavor this is it. This jerky is like chewing one a tire that's been in a smoker.

This is some of the best jerky (Mild flavor) I've had. Nice, rich smoke flavor. I need to go hunt down some of the other offerings and try them as well.
