Very rude staff. No one greets you, theres no line. You can stand there all day waiting and no one will acknowledge your presence. 30 minutes, same 3 customers.. nothing said.. why do people feel the need to hangout at the sales desk? It takes 10 minutes to order supplies for a deck...max.. guys walk in, try to get in front of you on line. No one say anything. All you have to do is say, " Hey Good afternoon! My contractor, Ram, referred me to their showroom so I could look at different options and make my decisions, and it made the whole process so much easier.
