No Longer Bound saved my life. For most of my adult life I struggled with addiction. I tried several different places which only gave me temporary results. At No Longer Bound they helped me discover what was underneath my using. They taught me life skills that I was never introduced to growing up. I’ve had the opportunity to meet and spend some time getting to know a few guys that went through the program. NLB is doing great work for these men, their families and the community.
My son entered No Longer Bound 04/2016. He was a broken 30-year-old who had overdosed several times, and the county jail was a revolving door. At NLB he found structure, discipline, forever friends, but most of all he found hope and healing. At Family Recovery every Sunday I learned how to quit being an enabler. I have my son “back” after eleven years of addiction. Thank God for using NLB to resurrect my only child💥!
So thankful for this safe place and "home" for our men while learning to know themselves, work through their addiction and become whole again. It isn't easy, as we all know, but a great new start at life for these men. I'm blessed to have my son back with the help of this program. God bless all.
