Recently had blood work and CT scan. MRI was recommended. Took 3 calls to get requisition done in a week. Something seriously wrong with procedure here. Been going to this clinic for 20 odd years. I have never seen such ineptness.
Multiple times I have book a phone appt. They never call when they say they will. Then it is another appt and waiting again. Do better. If you say 220 then call at 220. The call came 30 mins late. I had booked my lunch specifically to attend this call and missed it. Thanks alot.
When you need help and want to pay for it, they just send you away. A horrible experience.
Wonderful staff. Dr Allen is an amazing doctor. Very thorough and patient.
