My daughter has been working out at NLF for the past 2 years, during volleyball season and summer soar. She saw a big increase in her vertical while working out with Damontez’s program! My daughter absolutely loves working out at NLF, gives her confidence as she’s seen her vertical, speed and strength increase. Damontez and Mona are amazing…they take the time to get to know the athletes and attend tournaments. Best training and recovery in the area!
My daughter wanted to join Dynasty Volleyball Club, and one night No Limit Fitness KC came across my screen as I was looking for a place she could do agilities. It happened to be that the two organizations were affiliated. So we looked into it. The atmosphere at No Limit Fitness felt right. When you join NLF it’s more than just a gym it truly is a family. I haven’t been back in a couple months but I know the second I come back it’s going to be as if I never left. I will never have anything but amazing things to say about this place, the atmosphere, the peers, and the trainers. Not to mention the growth is insaaaaneeee!!!! I especially love how fun yet productive the workouts are, you absolutely get your moneys worth!! I also LOVE that I can bring my faith into the lab with Coach P and Coach Mona 💗
