Signung up for coaching at No Limit Fitness has been an extraordinary experience for our daughters, who are involved in competitive dance and volleyball. Can’t say enough positive things about the training Coach P and Mona provide. My daughter has grown so much over just one summer. Her strength and agility have improved, and also her confidence. All athletes are taught safe and effective training techniques, lifting, speed work, etc and even proper recovery all while in a highly encouraging environment! Will be continuing her training here, well beyond summer.
My daughter, Prestyn participated in the Summer Soar program and absolutely loved it. She worked harder than she ever has in her life and was able to see tangible results in speed, vertical and endurance for her hard work. She started the summer with very little confidence in herself. I've watched her attitude improve and have enjoyed seeing her confidence grow. I appreciate Coach P and Mona for their support and hope to see you guys next summer.
Coach P's training helps prepare you for your respective sport both physically and mentally. I felt much more prepared for my Nationals competition because of his guidance and effective coaching.
They made a big difference in my daughter's athletic performance in just 3 months!
