Hired Blake Farley aka No Limit Dock Solutions to repaint, replace decking and replace a steel gangway with an aluminum gangway. Thirty six hours (36) after the job was complete - the gangway broke away from the dock (injuring one of the three people on the gangway) rendering the dock inaccessible from the shore. Multiple attempts to reach Blake Farley went ignored (calls, texts, voicemail). Had to call another dock company to repair the dock. Absolutely unacceptable! Blake Farley never responded.
Blake came and repaired my pier, had broken piling and replaced the remaining older ones. However, they drove new metal posts to support dock but didn’t drive them deep enough because the pole wasn’t long enough. Poles came out a couple days later and dock was floating off. I mentioned it being too loose and seemingly too short as they did it, but they dismissed it saying they would settle. Obviously didn’t. Never heard back from Blake on best way to correct. We had major issues with our dock that had persisted since having a swim extension added, Blake was able to diagnose the root problems, and quickly repair properly for us. Dock looks great, floats level, and super happy with the work completed.
