Our gas bottle ran out on Easter Saturday and replacing a new pigtail pipe was the only way to change over to a new gas bottle due to the screw being too tight to remove. We phoned Ben and with relief he answered the phone even being Easter weekend and came to us within an hour. We are so grateful to have gas again so immediately especially when we have guests staying which made a stressful situation alleviated to quickly and so friendly thanks to No Hassle Solutions, who's name could not be more fitting. I was charged to repair a leak from my hot water system however the leak was still present when they left. When I raised this I was told I would need to pay again for them to return and fix the same issue. I then arranged another plumber who resolved the problem quickly confirming the original issue had not been properly fixed. Despite this the company is now chasing me for payment of the original invoice even though the work was not completed successfully. I would not recommend their services.
