I booked an 11:30AM appointment and ended up waiting for them until 12:10PM. They never showed up, so I tried calling and texting them multiple times. I didn't hear back from them with a text until 1:22PM. Ended up cancelling and wasting hours of my weekend. Horrible communication and not reliable -I would not recommend.

Appointment booked and confirmed through the app, No call, No show and no response from support. Waste of time, avoid at all costs.
I should’ve stopped when it took three times to do the job correctly on my first vehicle for the price of $600. They gave me a discount on my second vehicle to try to make it up to me. Scratched my car and still not worth the “brilliance” service that I expected. Highly frustrated and will not be using them again. Be aware of expectations if you decide to let them do your car.
I am very happy with the wash. This will become a routine wash. Love the mobile waterless service!
