I been coming to the no grease by the shoe dept for about 7 months and ever sense I’ve been going to Ruben he is very pleasant gets the job done fast and presentable . I’m glad he’s my barber and he should be yours too !! - Nijay
Quay, the man has been cutting and keeping me tight for over two year now always does a great job, and keeps me looking great. The shop always has a good conversation. Much respect to all the guys who work there.. But Quay is the best. 1up
I booked an appointment with a certain barber and it booked me for another barber I did not choose I’m very disappointed with this !! Such a waste of money
I've been to both locations at the mall, including the red one near Dick's Sporting Goods, and I've had a bad experience every single time. I've gone there five times, and every time I ask for the same thing: a shape-up. That's it. A shape-up takes 15 minutes, sometimes 10— it's never more than that. 1st let me tell you it took 4 Barbers for me to find my BARBER QUAY. He gets it for a female blonde short/bald cut. Then to top it off their bathroom (yes I said bathroom)is CLEAN. So many shops keep a nasty restroom. For ladies, that’s a problem. Every barber there is a professional to the core, not to mention they wear bow ties. Lol. It’s a nice look and it says a lot about the organization and team. I am a happy new CLT lady with an amazing cut.
