I've been to both locations at the mall, including the red one near Dick's Sporting Goods, and I've had a bad experience every single time. I've gone there five times, and every time I ask for the same thing: a shape-up. That's it. A shape-up takes 15 minutes, sometimes 10— it's never more than that. A bit pricey but they do good work. My son has been going here for over 5 years. The lines aren’t as sharp as they used to be but still good nonetheless. He doesn’t get razor bumps, thank God. He enjoys the consistency.
