I went for a 25$ shapeup got the exact same thing as my brother and was charged 45$ for a standard cut. Fade was terrible and Then mid haircut they shaved half of my mustache off without consent or asking so obviously atp I just let them finish I disnt want to complain or argue so I just paid and left but definitely don’t ever plan on going back. Horrible experience honestly not naming names but my barber clippers were extremely sharp and cut skin leaving scars for a haircut you pay 45 dollars. I’m a very reasonable person but this is just unacceptable for professional. I told one of the barbers I’m honestly not satisfied and I’m coming out with a scar, asked him can you guys refund or give discount. He stated no have a good day.
