Updating my rating-after having an exterior faucet installed by them it ended up flooding our basement a year later. We had a different sprinkler company come look at it and they said it was done incorrectly and missing parts. I tried resolve the issue with no gas lawn. They did not answer multiple calls, texts or emails. We ended up spending $5,000 to repair the damage that was done and still have not heard back.
Really no stars for me! The worst service ever, Rob has no idea about lawns! Ran off all of his workers! Now down to him & 1 other guy! Mows, without catcher. Looks like a hay field! Said pros blow it off then rakes?????? Made a mess of my yard! Don't bother!!!!!
We had our leaves cleaned up and the crew did an excellent job. I liked that we were notified by text that the crew was here and they asked for specific instructions which was great, too. Highly recommend this company.
