Incorrectly shut down my system in the fall and cost me $1000 to repair broken plumbing. Refused callbacks and never paid for the damage they caused. Beware!
I've hired and worked with this company for about 2 years now, mostly snow shoveling. I am finally fed up with their lack of communication, follow through with calls, not able to keep staff to do the work, and poor management. Try someone else if you want good service.
Great service! Had fall cleanup done on my yard. It's a large project and these guys did it efficiently and it looks really good. Would recommend this company to everyone
I recently had a two man crew at my house for a fall cleanup. They were at my house for just under three hours to clean up leaves and do a final mow on my yard. I received an invoice for six hours of work totaling $900! There was no detailed invoice, but I was told the additional three hours ($450) were needed to drive to their shop and get supplies. I found the owner to be very dishonest and unethical. I'd think again before requesting any services from them.
What a great and responsive team. They take awesome care of our lawn and yard. Reasonable, responsive and a true pleasure to deal with.
