We hired BlueDot when our AC was blowing warm air (August) and leaking condensation across our basement floor. BlueDot charged my wife $480 for a tuneup and said the system must be replaced. The unit continued to blow warm air and leak into our basement. They came back the same day 3 more times, a total of three different techs, the unit was still leaking, and all 3 Bluedot techs said the system must be replaced. Then we called Nofrost. Always pleasant and eager to help resolve the issues or problems that come up. They installed multiple heat pump systems in two of our homes over the years. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our heating and A/C needs
We have been customers of No-Frost since 1990. Of course our "AC" stop working on one of the hottest weeks in July. I contacted Eileen @ No-Frost she had someone out immediately and diagnosed the coil as the broken part. She ordered the part and when it arrived and unboxed it was noticed that the coil had been damaged from the factory. Needless to say we were going nuts, especially with a new born in the house.
