Mike is one of the best personal trainers I've ever had. I've have four trainers in the past (all local) and they pale to what Mike knows about running, TRX, strength and cardio training. BTW, Roy his sweet little dog has been at every training session I have with Mike. They are inseparable! From the 1st session to now, Mike has given me his best, he is truly a professional in his trade. Every session he gets me to the next level and means a lot to me. I would recommend him to anyone that is serious about a strength training coach.
